Hi, I'm Kate Bailey, Realtor with Weichert Realtors Gulf Properties and proud to call the Mississippi Gulf Coast home.

While real estate is my career today, my journey here has been anything but traditional. I've worn many hats over the years, including homeschooling my children, living overseas, and navigating life's unexpected twists and turns. Those experiences taught me adaptability, resilience, and most importantly, how to connect with people from all walks of life.

After returning home to the Gulf Coast, I found my passion in helping others navigate one of the biggest decisions they'll ever make: buying or selling a home. Whether you're a first time buyer, searching for your forever home, downsizing, investing, or relocating to our beautiful coastal communities, I'm committed to making the process as smooth and stress free as possible.

My approach is simple. I believe in honest communication, genuine relationships, and serving my clients with the same care I would want for my own family. Real estate isn't just about contracts and transactions. It's about helping people build the life they envision.

When I'm not helping clients, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband Patrick and our three children, exploring the Gulf Coast, supporting local businesses, enjoying live music, or curled up with a good book and one of my cats.
