Legally, I can help anyone buy or sell a home in Mississippi, but my heart goes out to people relocating to the coast. I tell people picking a Realtor is a lot like a marriage. You wouldn't marry someone after one date, and you don't have to buy the first house we see, either. I'll ask a lot of questions so we find the right one, with no pressure.

This is probably the biggest purchase you'll make, so I want you to understand what you're buying. We'll go over the seller's disclosure together, and I'll walk you through the inspection and appraisal so you know exactly what they mean. If you're buying a condo or a home in an HOA, we'll check for special assessments or big repairs on the horizon, so you aren't hit with a surprise bill after closing. Before you buy, you'll know the school zone, flood zone, commute, and property taxes. If you need a plumber, roofer, or lender, I'll connect you. I negotiate for you from the first offer through the inspection all the way to closing. Real estate is full of deadlines, and I'll keep you on track with every one in your contract so nothing slips through the cracks. I'm an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), and I'll always tell you the truth, even when it's not what you want to hear.

Military families are a big part of my business. I'm a mom who moved kids during deployments, so I get it. A PCS is a lot, especially when one parent is out of state or out of the country. If you're headed to Keesler Air Force Base or the Seabee base in Gulfport, I'll be your eyes and ears here, help with VA loan questions, and make buying before you arrive a lot less scary. I'm a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP).

I also help people moving here for work at Ingalls Shipbuilding, Singing River Health System, Chevron, and the casinos. New families come in all the time, usually with a start date and not much time to look. As a Certified Relocation Specialist, I'll help you narrow down neighborhoods by commute and budget before you fly in.

Retiring in Ocean Springs is a dream for a lot of my clients. Some want maintenance-free condo life, and others want a cute house downtown or in the golf cart district, where you can walk to dinner and there's always something going on. Great food, too. If you're buying on the water, ask about elevation, insurance, and how the street did in the last storm, and I'll help you get those answers before you fall in love with the view.
