About Reece
I have been in real estate all of my life, having grown up in a real estate family and a small market real estate office with my mom, dad, grandma and grandpa. I lived in the North Biloxi area and attended D'Iberville schools, then worked in that same area ever since.
After receiving my sales license in 1987, I helped in our property management dept doing all things related to that business. It will really teach you how to relate to people. In 1989, I received my broker's license and later that year, started my own brokerage. We focused on property management, sales and wealth building via real estate ownership. In the early 2000's I joined Coldwell Banker and focused on commercial real estate sales and leasing. Learning all aspects of the small market commercial business.
Having learned all of the lessons of real estate market cycles, including "The Hurricane", "The Oil Spill", "The mortgage crisis" (2007-10), and COVID, I am very knowledgeable and capable to help you navigate your years striving for real estate wealth along the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
